Our expectations from the candidate:
- Own client communication, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and needs are translated clearly for the technical team.
- Drive the continuous improvement of internal work processes, creating and refining documentation to enhance clarity.
- Coordinate the development team’s workflow, helping to prioritize tasks and track progress against project milestones.
- Manage project reporting, ensuring stakeholders have a clear and accurate view of project status.
Requirements for the candidate:
- You enjoy untangling complex challenges and can navigate ambiguity to find the best path forward.
- You value clear, constructive communication and are open to giving and receiving feedback to achieve clarity.
- You can easily put yourself in a client’s shoes to understand their intent, even when it’s not perfectly expressed.
- You are naturally curious and adept at mastering modern information tools like Notion and Google Workspace.
- You take ownership of your work, holding yourself and others to a high standard to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- You are guided by a strong sense of transparency and reliability; your team can count on you to follow through.
