  • Out of the Box Systems has a corps of folks in Ukraine, but all of the company is remote.

  • Definitely! We’re growing the team with the intention of it being remote.

  • We prioritize both work and life balance. While we value dedication to our work, we also recognize the significance of family commitments and personal time. We encourage our employees to maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives, respecting their need for time outside of work.

  • Every position in our team is unique. Therefore, if you want to get acquainted with the requirements for the candidate, you can read it in the job description. However, if you are looking for a job for a month or two, then you are not up to us. We are focused on long-term cooperation and trust-based relationships.

  • Yes, you have the option to retake the online test after a month. If you’ve enhanced your knowledge and feel confident in your technical skills, you’re welcome to try the test again.
