• How does your design process work?

  Our process involves the following steps: gathering your brief and requirements → creating the draft design → revising the design (if needed) → delivering the final design. Each stage has a defined checkpoint where you review and approve before we proceed.
• I don’t have any rough sketches or wireframes. Can you assist me?

  Yes. We design from scratch when no brand guidelines or wireframes exist. We explore your ideas and create designs based on our expertise. Discussing your project goals and requirements beforehand ensures the best results.
• Will I need to manage the design process day-to-day?

  No. Design follows a structured process: brief, draft, revision, final. You provide feedback at defined checkpoints — not daily design critiques. We deliver polished, implementation-ready files with complete design systems.
• What’s excluded from the revision scope?

  Revisions cover changes based on the original brief. Scope additions — new screens, direction changes, or requirements added after design has started — are treated as change requests and priced separately.
• What are the final deliverables?

  You’ll get a polished UI/UX design with high-fidelity screens, an interactive prototype, a full design system, and all source files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) — clean, organized, and ready for handoff to developers.
• Do you provide custom animations?

  Yes. Animations are delivered as part of the design system — micro-interactions, transitions, and motion states are specified in Figma with annotated behavior specs. Your developers get implementation guides, not just video previews.
• Is it possible to animate elements that are already in my website design?

  Yes. We review your existing screens for animation opportunities, then produce motion specs in Figma — timed transitions, hover states, scroll-triggered reveals — annotated for developer handoff. If visual assets need updating to support the animations, we address that in the same pass.
• Do you sign NDAs?

  Yes. We sign NDAs before any technical discussion begins, on request.
• Who owns the code after delivery?

  You do. IP, source files, design systems, and brand guidelines are fully assigned to you on completion — no vendor lock-in.
• Do you work with formal contracts?

  Yes. Signed contracts with fixed scope per phase. You’re contracting with a registered entity, not an individual.
