We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our team.

Compensation:
- • Base salary: $1000
- • Probation period: $750
- • Full-time - 40 hours/week. Hourly rate.
- • The job is remote and shift-based.
Responsibilities:
- • Analyze the relevance and applicability of projects.
- • Conduct research on potential clients that align with Out of the Box Systems' target
audience to identify the most
appropriate contacts.
- • Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
- • Initiate contact with potential clients in English.
- • Warm up domains for outreach campaigns.
- • Explore and establish new sales strategies.
- • Monitor the latest practices and tools for lead generation.
- • Work closely with the development team.
- • Promote the company’s brand through LinkedIn and outsourcing platforms.
Please note that you will not be responsible for the full range of responsibilities immediately. Depending
on your
experience, only a portion of the listed responsibilities will be assigned to you.
Requirements:
- • Knowledge of IT product sales and marketing strategies.
- • Passion for working with people.

- • Digital proficiency (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar,
Telegram, etc.).
- • Demonstrated transparency and reliability.

Preferred:
- • Engineering degree.
- • Strong English skills (C1).
- • Experience with email marketing.
- • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork.
- • Experience in IT.
- • Experience in sourcing/researching.
