We need a part-time researcher | lawyer to join a small team of talented software developers.
Salary:
- • Basic salary 1000$/month with the prospect of doubling in a year/year and a half
- • Probationary period: 500 $ / month
Approximate workload:
Part-time. Remote work. Payment is hourly.
Main responsibilities:
- • Legal support .
- • Working with international tax law, corporate law and intellectual property law .
- • Search for new opportunities .
- • Attracting new investments through tenders and grants .
- • Assistance in researching the outsourcing market .
Requirements:
- • Completed full legal education.
- • At least 3 years of work experience in the specialty (in commercial structures, including IP and IT).
- • Financial literacy and interest in finance.
- • Critical thinking skills.
- • Transparency and reliability.
- • Intellectual flexibility in mastering modern information tools.
- • Strong English (B2 and above: writing, reading and comprehension of legal texts in English).
- • Digital literacy (Google docs, Google spreadsheet, Google presentation, Google calendar, OBS, telegram and others).
- • Ability to read between the lines.
Will be a plus:
- • Experience with crowdfunding.
- • Experience as a lawyer in IT companies.
- • Dedication to our projects.
- • Experience with international tax law.
